Tania Bean

Tania is a very valued member of the Sims for Property team.

She is the ‘Queen Behind the Scenes’ as she handles all of the accounts payable and payroll. Tania has been working in the real estate industry since 2009 and has worked as both an Office Manager and Accounts Manager over that period. Previous to this, Tania was employed with Westpac from 1999 – 2009, working in all areas of the bank, from transaction enquiries through to lending and online banking queries. From both of these roles, Tania has gained extensive experience with bookkeeping and account keeping.

Tania has successfully completed her Cert III in Financial Services and Diploma in Property Services and was also awarded Administrator of the Year for Victoria/Tasmania for a well-known Real Estate company.

In her spare time, Tania enjoys spending time relaxing with a book at her shack down on Tasmania’s beautiful East Coast and hooking up the caravan and taking time away with her husband and her German Shepherd, Jed.
