One of Rachael’s roles is to liaise with Vendor’s and Purchaser’s on a day to day basis in conjunction with Richard.

Richard’s clients are always guaranteed to speak to someone who can assist when required.

In her combined role as Executive Assistant to Richard Sims and Office Manager Rachael is also a big part of the Business Development and works closely with the entire team helping to implement strategies and new ways to provide our clients with the best possible service.

Rachael is fully licensed to show property, she also holds her Diploma in Property Services (Agency Management, gained in 2011). Rachael commenced her Real Estate career in 2005, fresh out of high school. Giving her over a decade of Real Estate experience and knowledge, with no doubt many more to come!

Now considered a go-to person within the industry among colleagues and peers. Rachael enjoys mentoring recruits in the Sims for Property office, helping them with gaining their qualifications and certifications. She also offers advice and assistance to all staff to help them better their skills and service to our clients and is always looking for new ideas and ways to improve.

In 2017 Rachael was awarded the Real Estate Institute of Tasmania (REIT) Corporate Support Person of the Year Award and was a national finalist in the award in 2018. This is a testament to her involvement within the company and the industry itself.

Outside of the office you will find Rachael with her husband Adam, step son Jaxon riding mountain bikes, snowboarding or motorbike riding.
